Commercial Warranty
All warranties apply to the original purchaser and they are not transferable. Warranty period begins at the date of purchase from an authorized
dealer. Proof of purchase is required with all claims.
Frame
All frames come with a 7 years (Residential use) and 1 year (Commercial use) structural damage warranty under normal use and proper care. Furniture
should be properly maintained. Should any structural breakage or failure occurs, Koverton Classics will repair or replace the frame at factory discretion (with similar
or like product if discontinued). Damages due to abuse, improper assembly, or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures are not covered.
Finish
All fi nishes are warranted against peeling or blistering for a period of 3 years (Residential use) and 1 year (Commercial use) under normal use
and proper maintenance. If either of the above occurs within the warranty period, Koverton Classics will refi nish or replace your furniture at factory discretion (with
similar or like product if discontinued). Scratches and chips due to normal wear and tear are not covered. Fading resulting from exposure to elements of nature is not
covered.
Cushions
We offer a 1 year (Residential and Commercial use) warranty on all cushions under normal use and proper maintenance. The warranty protects the
quality and construction of the cushion. Fading and discoloration of the fabric are covered for 3 years by the fabric manufacturer. Koverton Classics will repair or
replace your cushions at factory discretion (with similar or like product if discontinued) if any of the above defects is found during the warranty period.
Woven
Wwoven wicker material carries a 3 year (Residential use) and 1 year (Commercial use) limited warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty covers
the wicker fi ber from splitting and fading under normal use and proper maintenance. If either of the above occurs within the warranty period, we will
repair or replace your wicker furniture at factory discretion (with similar or like product if discontinued).
Marble/Travertine/Fiberglass Table Tops
Cast stone and marble table tops come with a 1 year limited warranty (Residential and Commercial use). The warranty covers the workmanship and
structural integrity of all Marble, Travertine, and Fiberglass table tops under normal use and proper care. we will repair or replace any defective table
top at factory discretion (with similar or like product if discontinued) if any of the above defects is found during the warranty period.
Cast Aluminum Tops
Cast aluminum table tops come with a 3 year limited warranty (Residential and Commercial use). The warranty covers the workmanship and structural
integrity of all cast aluminum table tops under normal use and proper care. We will repair or replace any defective table top at factory discretion (with
similar or like product if discontinued) if any of the above defects is found during the warranty period.
Items Not Covered Under the Warranty:
Failure or breakage caused by unreasonable or abusive use, product neglect and/or lack of proper care and following of
maintenance instructions.
Failure or breakage caused by acts of God.
Permanent stains caused by foreign substances not limited to soil, lotions and oils.
C.O.M. fabrics (customer's own material).
Care Instructions
Metal Finish: Metal frames should be kept clean consistently. Avoid allowing dirt to build up on metal frames. Clean metal frames regularly by using mild soap solution
and rinse with luke-warm water. Dry metal frames with soft towel and allow to air dry. Do not allow water to build up inside frames, and do not allow frames to stand
in water. To prolong the life of the furniture and keep it looking its best, you may wish to store or cover the furniture when not in use for an extended period of time.
Cushions: Clean cushions fabrics with a solution of one cup mild detergent mixed with four gallons of water. Use a sponge to clean the cushion fabrics and rinse thoroughly
with clean water. Allow fabric to air dry. As general maintenance, avoid allowing dirt to build up on cushions. To keep cushions looking their best, you may
wish to store or cover the cushions when not in use for an extended period of time. For additional information on cleaning against stains and heavily soiled fabrics,

Table Tops: Avoid staining on the surface by immediately wiping any spill. Do not allow any standing liquid to stay on table top surface. For general cleaning, wash
with mild solution of detergent and water. Rinse with clear water and dry with soft cloth. Do not use abrasive powdered soaps or scouring pads. Resealing of your
table top is recommended under extreme use (commercial applications) after 1 or 2 years. Regular residential use should not require resealing for at least 2 to 4 years.
Stone tops may be re-polished professionally and is always required resealing after polishing. Natural stone/marble tops will fade in direct sunlight over time. This
fading is a natural process and will be more noticeable on brightly colored stones and polished marble. To keep the table top looking its best, you may wish to store
or cover the table top when not in use for an extended period of time.
Replacement Parts: Replacement parts and touch up paints are available through its local dealers.
